256 squares. 256 colors. 256 people.

each square — a color — a human trace.

as the grid is slowly completed, a collective image begins to emerge: an accumulation of individual choices which may never meet, yet share a common ground.

the outcome is shaped solely by intentional participation — without external algorithmic interference.

when all 256 squares have been filled, an exhibition will take place. each participant will receive their personal color — numbered and signed — a tangible fragment of the collaborative work continuing to exist independently.
